Greetings,

In the recent claim of gaining ownership of Honouliuli lands, the watershed, etc., I hereby state and maintain that I, Amelia Gora, am one of the owners of these lands (and others) am one of the representatives of the Royal Families House of Nobles who represent many of the alii families, which the illegal entity state which came to life on the criminal claims of documented conspirators, pirates, treasonous persons supported by Congress, U.S. President Benjamin Harrison, U.S. President Grover Cleveland, et. als. perpetuating the crimes over time, the American military/Military, and including the James Campbell Estate/Company who claimed ownership and made a recent transfer of Honouliuli properties, etc. to the state/State and the Trust for Public Lands.

I, Amelia Gora, am one of the descendants of Kamehameha, one of the heirs of Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III, Crown Land owners, and others including Mikahela Kekauonohi who was a niece, adopted daughter of my ancestors, are the documented land owners since 1848. Royal persons are not subject to the laws. We are and remain the legal owners of these, and other lands, water, resources, etc.

Historical evidence, genealogy(ies) have been documented and are available at www.iolani.wordpress.com or see yahoogroups.com under the hawaiian genealogy society for more information posted regarding all lands owned by our Royal families who are not subject to the laws, and whose ancestors were under duress, stress, usurpation, and coercion, including Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

James Campbell and his descendants, the Kawananakoa’s have criminally claimed lands that they do not own. Their closure of their Trust and conveyances, etc. to the James Campbell Land Company and others remain dubious claims to lands which has owners who were not treasonous to the Hawaiian Kingdom, and moved with the conspirators/pirates documented. The Kawananakoa’s including Abigail Ellerbrock, and the Lamberts, et. als. criminally claimed private properties of Royal families whose genealogies supersede their claims of being Royals, additionally, their ancestors were treasonous persons, documented in conspiracies against the Queen, her subjects and our families. It’s not O.K. for the Kawananakoa’s to ride on our families claims.

Additionally, the claims of a Fake State, the entity Provisional government, evolved into a Republic, a Territory, and a Fake State, supported by a nation -U.S., their Congress, Military, England, and the Morgan(etc.) bankers which claimed Prvate Properties and called it Public Lands are in parts lands criminally claimed by wicked, treasonous, conspirators, plotters against our families, our people, our Queen Liliuokalani discovered through 30 + years of research on our history, your history, the history abroad, our families, the hidden Royal family lines, laws, and so forth.

Maintaining our interests in our families, our Royal families private properties, along with the water rights, resources, etc. in our Hawaiian archipelago,
